Does a site that sells only in Moscow need CloudFlare?

I have a WordPress site, and CloudFlare and kgo cdn are connected, respectively? But after connecting, it seems to me that the speed of the site has dropped. Do I need cdn and CF itself? The site works and sells only in Moscow.
