Does a link that goes to a now non-existent page count as a TIC offset?

Gentlemen, SEOs, a question for you ... there was a site, ticks 100, but died, but ticks 100 remained ... a new site is being made, the theme of the site is the same, but the pages are all new ... will the ticks fall if links from others sites go to now non-existent pages of the site??

To save weight, set up 301 redirects in .htaccess from old pages to relevant new ones. If there are no relevant new ones, you can redirect to the main one.
ps with TIC - how lucky, but should not fall if you set everything up.

I'm not SEO, but it is logical that it will fall. After all, those pages were valuable
