A girl with 3D modeling skills. Will I be able to find a job and work with a certificate for 9 classes?
The guy claims that it is difficult for a girl, even with good skills, to find a job WITHOUT ANY DIPLOMA.

Diplomas and certificates themselves are formally required for only two things:
- work in the state. organizations and their contractors, where it is a formal official requirement,
to apply for work visas to certain countries, which thus cut off impostors.
The gender of the worker is irrelevant in both cases.
Outside of these two situations, the requirement of a diploma, rather than a reliable demonstration of productive work experience and/or skills in the form of a portfolio or test assignments, is an indication that you need to think twice before going to work where formality counts more than practice. It also does not depend on the gender of the worker.
Idiots exist, so the possibility cannot be ruled out that somewhere a female worker has made special demands. But this is the same situation as in the previous paragraph, such employers should not be tried to please, you should stay away from such employers.
