Does a 1s x32 server see more than 4 gigabytes of RAM on a 64-bit system?

A license for a 1s server of a 32-bit version costs 50k, a 64-bit one costs 86k.
Is it possible to install a 32-bit version of the 1c server on a 64-bit debian and have it see more than 4 gigs of RAM? Or does the application have to be x64?

If you need more than 4 GB of RAM, "1C application must be x64"

Google multilib.
and so that she sees more than 4 gigabytes The
entire address space of 32bit applications is 4 gigabytes. A 32bit kernel through PAE can scatter memory above 4 gigs, but I doubt it about the userland application.
