Does 1s-bitrix have api?

Good afternoon!
Now I work with the Webasyst Shop-script 7 platform - I support an online store. Webasyst has an API for products - changes, additions, etc., so synchronization is set up (since I am a .NET developer), a simple C# parser is written, which updates products through the API.
Now there is an urgent need to set up approximately the same synchronization of goods for 1C-Bitrix, but I can’t find information about the API for goods from Bitrix. Maybe someone will tell you a link to the FAQ or any other information.

External API, i.e. that allows other applications to work with your site is not .
Out of the box, there is only synchronization with 1C, and this is not what you need
