Does 1C server have any api?

We have a 1c server 8.3, there is a need to monitor connections to this server, hung sessions, etc. using your software. The problem is that I can’t google if the 1c server has any api or something similar to interact with it from a self-written .NET program. For example, in the administration console of 1C servers, I see all sessions in the sessions section, is it possible for me to get this data from the application?
