Docker. Run from the finished image. How?

Good afternoon, there was a need to run a full-fledged OS on docker, is it possible and in which direction to dig?
PS: Axis with already configured environment, programs, services.

Docker ISO image cannot be run.

You can also run systemd services on docker, but of course this will be a bit of a hack.
If you really want to run a full-fledged axis, then it's better to use lxc.
