Docker - phantomjs - Element(s) NOT FOUND: GAVE UP. Why?

Good afternoon, comrades.
A bunch of celery, selenium, phantomjs are installed. Everything is run via docker in separate containers.
I run the task several times and phantomjs works fine. On subsequent launches, phantomjs starts to get dumb:

[ERROR - 2017-07-13T08:00:47.082Z] WebElementLocator - _handleLocateCommand - Element(s) NOT Found: GAVE UP. Search Stop Time: 149993284705

After restarting the container, everything starts working again. Why is that? How to fix?
