Docker-compose with Django&&PSQL?

But the item "deploy the project on docker (-compose)" remained, but I never worked with it. On the Internet, all tutorials require some basic virtualization skills, but I have generally worked only with virtualenv. Where to start, is it really possible to figure it out in two days and upload the project to docker?
