Do you use the services of layout designers? Where, how, when?

The practice of communicating with programmers tells me that not everyone has the desire to take on such a primitive task as layout. Is it true?

On the other hand, with a large-scale project, there may not always be enough time for simple tasks, such as page layout according to a template, in which case it is reasonable to outsource the task and save your precious time. But there is already a question of selecting a quality subcontractor.

Have you often had to look for layout designers for the project where you were looking for?

But there is already a question of selecting a quality subcontractor.

Key mistakes of a subcontractor employer:
- if you do not try to earn money and find for a penny the one who does the layout poorly and not on time, then you will not have to waste time looking for the next contractor, and also look for someone who will complete the work after the previous one.
You need to delegate the task to someone else, while freeing up time for making money in general.
On the search for a contractor:
- you need to search and select a list of permanent specialists for subcontracting in advance, it is essentially the responsibility of a person acting as a project manager to have clear agreements and established contacts with contractors working on a subcontract, especially in the absence or shortage of their specialists.
- you also need to understand a simple rule, any cooperation on a subcontract is a balance of interests. If you violate the interests of a quality subcontractor at a cost, then you will not find him or he will not want to continue working with you.

I can’t help but say that most front-end developers with “simple and primitive layout” can hardly cope when it comes to something more complex than making a three-column grid.
Making really high-quality layout is a little easier than writing good code, but the impact of layout on the quality of the final product can be even more significant.
Where to look? Through acquaintances, on exchanges and HH - you will quickly find it, it's simple and primitive, everyone can.
How disappointed you are, and if "simple and primitive layout" no longer means "it's simple, it means cheap", come to me.

Apparently I'm stuck somewhere in the past, because all my projects are 90% of the layout that I do myself.
To the question of where to find it - usually it is a VK chat of freelancers. There tested
