Do you need Ubuntu swap with 4 GB of RAM on localhost?

I put Ubuntu on localhost in a virtual machine on an SSD, I will use it as a LAMP server, I allocated 4 GB of RAM, because I like to open many tabs in the browser)) and so to speak in reserve. I won't use hibernation. Such a question, what volume to allocate for swap and whether to do it at all?

For a LAMP server, install Ubuntu Server or Debian. RAM is enough and 2 gigs with a head for development.
Use the browser in your native system, leave it better with more memory.

If only for development - try Vagrant .

Do you have an X installed on your Ubuntu virtual machine under LAMP?
It is not clear about the many tabs in the browser.
Under the swap is standard: Number of RAM x 2
Accordingly, you have 8GB
