Do you need to change the IP so that after a while you can log in again to it (a lot of ip)?

There is a service, it reads from where the login was made and the user agent. If the user agent can be changed, then ip is not so easy. The fact is that when you log in again, you need to log in from the same ip from which you registered. At what accounts there will be 50 pieces, so each needs its own ip. What would you recommend to change ip?
Ps these should be "private" ip, not public vpn ones

It turns out that you need to reserve a lot of IPs for yourself at once, so that later you can access the service from any of these IPs. If the service supports IPv6, then the situation is simpler, connect to a tunnel broker, preferably with a larger prefix, preferably /48 (the smaller the number, the larger the prefix). Enter the entire prefix on your computer and switch the IP in the settings, for example, for account 1 2001:db8:1234:1::1, for account 2 2001:db8:1234:2::1, etc. (better from different /64 networks - since /64 is the standard network size, the service can compare IPs up to the first 64 bits).
If it does not support, then it is difficult. The provider will not work - at one time it allocates only one IP, the next time you will not return to it. Unless the address pool is small and you can get to the address with a registered account (especially if the internal dynamic addresses of the provider in your area are connected to a relatively small number of external, but not to one external: connected, looked at the external IP, if it corresponds to some account, connect with this account, otherwise register a new account with a new IP, or skip and reconnect again).
Public VPNs are slaughtered on the service. Free proxies do not live long, you will not return to their addresses later either. A VPS with a large number of IPs connected to it is possible, but expensive, IPv4 addresses are now a scarce resource. One IP can cost 100-150 rubles per month.
Although what kind of service is this for which the IP must be static so that it is saved upon repeated logins? Not every provider provides this service.
