You don’t know any simple script like a file\photo exchanger to put on your server and upload pictures\files there so that everything is more or less beautiful and ideally with the ability to synchronize a folder like Dropbox.
There are similar solutions, but I have not seen such that it was also possible to give the interlocutor a link to download / upload the file.

you can try this Daddy's File Host , although if you find that the thread is more sane and simple, then please let me know :) the truth seems to be nothing with synchronization there.
