Do you need an Open-Source analogue of Juniper's portal?

It is necessary to publish several internal resources on one IP and make everything very secure.
Wishes:
1. The client should have enough browser to work. No flash drives and clients.
2. Everything should be encrypted in an adult way.
I know that adult hardware can do this, but I want to implement everything on open source.

2) access lists by ip or by password
3) personal certificate
3) individual login-password
4) access control
5) closing access to ssh, ftp and mysql
6) absence of foreign sites on the server so that content cannot be leaked , through another site
