What is Russian Open Source?

Tell me, what successful open source programs created in Russia do you know. I refuse to believe they don't exist at all. One (IDE SASM) I know for sure, and nginx was sold quite recently. (Please do not offer our Linux distributions, this does not count.)

You have strange ideas about OpenSource. Usually it is developed not by the developers of any one country, and developers from Russia participate in almost all major projects, and neither the license nor the copyrights are in any way tied to the country. The fact that most of the large open source projects are registered as non-profit organizations in the USA (Linux Foundation, Apache Foundation, Wikimedia Foundation) is not related to development, this is due to the fact that US law allows commercial organizations to pay part of their taxes to accredited non-profit organizations in the form of donations . There is no such legislation in Russia, so it usually makes no sense for a non-commercial ops-source project to register in Russia. Small projects usually live without legal entities. individuals and without reference to any country at all.
