Do you need an FTP client to work with the site in two windows?

All with the upcoming.
Today for the first time I encountered a very non-trivial task, I need to scatter different files inside the hosting, but the easiest way to do this was by using the ISP manager, he has an excellent two-window file manager. And so I decided to try it on another hosting with CPanel, there was no such magic thing there.
Well, .. I think I’ll put the zil file and I’ll do the same, but as they say, fuck it there ...
As it turned out, the zil file can’t do this, suggesting using the left side of the program to work with local files, and the right side for working with remote . I did not find how to make two windows of a remote host. In this regard, the question is:
Is there such an FTP client (Win or Linux) for working in two windows? If so, I would be extremely grateful for its name, thanks.
