Do you need an article about programming tools for Pocket PC?

I dug up my article for the magazine "My Computer" (2008), in fact, there is actually no relevant material in it, but it seems that the topic has not yet matured to "antiques" :) So I doubt whether it is worth publishing, it's interesting is it for someone?
PS The phrase "on Pocket PC" refers to development tools on the device itself.

Perhaps the article would be interesting not so much from a practical, but from a historical point of view - I would be interested to see the evolution of programming tools and the comparative features of Pocket PC and alternatives. I think it's worth posting.
