The project needs a list of verified (working) proxies. Anonymity as such is not of interest, even if the logs are sent to the NSA, the main criterion in the performance of this list. Only HTTP/HTTPS, SOCKS 4/5 - not interested.
The main task of these proxies is to parse the search results of Google / Yandex / Bing without problems with captcha.
