Do you need a program for accounting objects and equipment?

Good day!
The bottom line is this: there are about forty points in the city. At each point, a couple of dozen pieces of different equipment, from a computer to a drill.
What you want: through the web interface, view the card of the point, the equipment on it, view and leave comments. The ability to move equipment between points and a warehouse. Ideally, the ability to schedule work a la "bring a computer to xxx"
I have experience with itilium, for my tasks it would be great, but very powerful, and the price is appropriate.
Googled GLPI and OTRS, at first glance, too complicated products. Maybe there is something better?
It is clear that you can write a simple application for accessing the database, but I'm not a pogromist, so I'm looking for something ready.

Try Hardware Inspector (although it doesn't have a web interface)
