Do you need a power supply with a powerful 5V line?

Requires a PSU with a 5V line from 30 amps.
I don’t want to overpay, since the 12V lines are approximately equal enough.
Advise not a deshman block or a way to find by such a criterion?

The easiest option is to look for old PSUs on Avito. Now 5v line is not powerful.
For example, for 420 W with 36A for 500 rubles
