Do you need a bios with a reduced frequency of the memory of the video card? Does anyone have it?

I have a video card from gigabyte 650 1gb
When loading Windows, artifacts appear, but after removing the drivers they are gone.
They are not in the BIOS.
I saw on the Internet that if you lower the memory frequency, it can help.
