There is an article very important for many areas of science, and it needs to be read by as many people with brains as possible. I only know Geektimes, I sent an article there for moderation. If you still know, please send links, I can not find it in Google.

If an article can be converted to English, and you are able to talk with foreign colleagues, then there is Research Gate , which aggregates articles of this kind from different fields of science under one roof. There are also Russian-language publications, of course, but the audience is mostly English-speaking.
