Do you know modern analogues of the PicBite web service for "lynching" (commenting on pictures in tooltips)?

Yes, picbite.com is good. But it has critical shortcomings for me. For example, it does not reduce tooltips blocks if the number or length of lines has decreased while editing the text. It also does not know how to convert urls into active links (or it could, for example, through the active layer on top of the picture).

Ideally, in general, I would like the text in the tooltips to be selectable for the viewer and edited by the author of the "lynch" (i.e., I want something built on modern web standards with all sorts of convenient goodies).

Do you know something like this? Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
