Do you have to constantly press the reset button on the Mikrotik router after a power loss?

The problem of such a plan. On the Mikrotik SXT Lite 2 (2HPnd) router after a power failure, when entering the winbox it does not see the router, you have to constantly press the reset button directly in the router itself (under the cover) otherwise the equipment is not displayed in the software. What could be the reason? After all, it can’t be that you need to constantly climb, roughly speaking, onto the roof, press the reset button, etc. after each disconnection of the router from the network. Please tell me how to do this reset remotely or get it working so that it doesn’t all fly off. Roughly speaking, after a short power outage, the equipment is not displayed in winbox and all the settings of the router constantly fly off, you have to reboot the router manually on the roof with the button and enter all the settings again!

I think 3 options are probable:
1) The board itself is defective, because of which it cannot write the configuration to ROM and load it when it is turned on. - unlikely, but possible.
2) Wrong boot order in winbox System -> RouterBoard -> Settings section. You should select Nand-only or Nand-if-fail-then-ethernet. You should also check the delay before initializing InitDelay. By default, it is 0.
3) You may be configuring the router in SafeMode. In this case, the configuration is rolled back. for example .
I can also recommend trying to update the versions of the packages and firmware, if the problem is related to a specific firmware version, then it will disappear.

See if bad block is normal? Maybe you have a problem with nand memory.
The second point, I can suggest you to do a complete reset through netinstall.
Netinstall completely formats nand memory and writes down the version of routeros you need.
Another option is a problem with the PSU. During the reboot, there is high consumption and the router remains in a hung state. Especially true through poe injectors.
Well, the most banal marriage.
