Do you have any questions for developers of software and scanners for biometric identification systems?

I'm gathering material for an article. There is access to a company specializing in the field of fingerprint identification.
They make their scanners, their algorithms, their patents.

There is only one question, do they understand that the fingerprint section in biometric identification systems is one of the most unreliable and is of little use for the banking sector?

My question is similar to the first one - what is the expected (or better, actual) CER value (FAR, FRR) of the product?

Algorithms are of interest:
1) what is the feature space,
2) what algorithms are used to divide into “friend or foe” areas (decision making)
Are the profiles of trained users exportable? How many bytes does the “description” of a trained user take?
Is additional training (improvement of characteristics) carried out (or is it possible) at the time of authentication?
