Do you have any DDR3 SO-DIMM compute modules?
Are there any computing modules that can be installed instead of RAM in a laptop? If so, which ones.

in theory may exist. but I don't think there is even one such computing module on the planet at this point in time. it hurts a strong perversion, like installing a steering wheel instead of pedals for a bicycle.
No, and it probably won't.
There are computing modules that use such a connector, but they cannot be inserted instead of RAM, because the computer simply has no idea how to work with such game
Theoretically, it can be done. Memory modules often have an SPD chip (it stores memory profiles, i.e. its parameters, as well as the manufacturer, model, and serial number, where it is). So, this chip is programmatically available, which means you can read and write it (not every computer will allow you to do all this, it depends on the implementation). That is, theoretically, you can put some kind of microcontroller instead of this microcircuit, and it will already do something, depending on the commands given. For example, with ordinary requests to the SPD, it will issue what is asked, and when receiving some other commands and data, it will perform something else. But this is a so-so module, it is much easier to organize interaction through any other standard interfaces, at least via the same USB.
