Do you create form builders?

Suppose I made my admin panel on angularjs and after some time the customer wanted to add several fields to the registration form. How are you doing? Are you rewriting the form or are you creating the form designer right away? And I'm only talking about client-side rendering.
And if those exist for angularjs and they are also normal, give a link.

Adding several fields will be a less time-consuming and labor-intensive way. And the form designer, if applied, is desirable from the very beginning of development.
