Do Yandex and Google take into account the link mass from a particular social network 1?
If within the same site, for example, vk.com or twitter , people post links to a certain site, do Yandex and Google consider these links as different and cumulative backlinks to the site and does this affect the citation index of the example and the issuance rotation? Or, even if all users recommend a certain site at the same time, will this not affect its rotation in the search results and the citation index in any way?

I confirm everything Fedor said , but it is worth noting that at least Google has seriously hit the behavioral factor. And in part, the benefit will be here, not as a link mass (the number of links to the site), but as a thematic link that generates thematic traffic.
There are no experiments yet at the moment and it is unlikely that this will bring a tangible result today, but depending on the trends in changing PS algorithms. I think in the near future, the presence of links from social networks that generate thematic traffic will have weight.
Almost nothing. Links from twitter are usually driven for quick indexing. With VK, there is almost no point in "just" links.
Or if you delve into SMO or crowd marketing, then there will be a sense, but rather indirect, if we talk specifically about the link mass.
