There was once such a file format as OFX (Open Financial Exchange). It is now supported in principle by Google Finance, but the feeling is that it is formal. I haven't seen projects that would be imported or exported to it for a long time. How is the situation now, who knows?

For the current date, export to OFX for tinkoff.ru and import for the Debit & Credit iOS app work correctly.
Both provide a modern product, so it cannot be said that the format support is legacy.
