Do test reports in the Google Play Console affect app promotion?

Hi everybody! A question. I implemented ads and uploaded a version for internal testing, it gave 2 security errors





In the general report, they are displayed as errors, and when you click on them - a warning icon

And the question is, do such internal test reports with errors (especially security) affect promotion of my app by google algorithms?
Or does he not care?

I would fix it. It's still a safety section. And so he poured out releases even with fixed failures in the tests.
