Do search engines see PHP code?

Some say the uniqueness of the code increases the value of the site.
Does this apply to php? JavaScript and styles can be downloaded, but php ?

Do not see. Your question speaks of a misunderstanding of the structure of client-server applications (this is not a stone in your garden, but just advice where to dig).
The search engine essentially does the same as any user who visits your site - the search engine requests the URL of the page, the server processes the request (as if a normal user had requested the same URL through the browser) and returns the content in response. For a normal user, the response is processed by the browser, as a result of which the page is assembled, and for the search engine, this response is processed by its application, which is the most complex analytical program (if you can call it that).
As a rule, search engines (for self-identification) use their own User Agent when visiting a page.in the title, when referring to the URL, it is, firstly, ethical, secondly, so as not to cheat statistics, thirdly (most importantly) - to enable the site author to hide pages or directories from indexing by their search engines (the directive is written in robots. txt ).
Well, if you're interested, then search engines can also (to "facilitate" blind search through links) read sitemap files (the so-called sitemap). The author of the site is responsible for the creation of such files - either they are created manually (with pens or with his own script), or they are generated by some kind of plugin. The file is an XML structure, which lists the addresses (URLs) of the site's pages. As a rule, such a file is called sitemap.xml (the search engine searches for this name in the root of the site by default), but you can specify any other name (you need to notify the search engine about this by registering your site in the corresponding application of the webmaster type of each search engine) and specifying the name of such map file in the site profile.
