Can search engines index json or graphql responses from the server? Does it affect seo? When you go to a page via a link, the server sends text/html using a GET request, and the browser remembers this transition. And in the case of json, will the browser remember?

Look at the logs. Every decent bot has a title, so grep filter and see where it goes
