Do search engines index links typed with characters like B%D0%BB%D0%BA%D0%B8%?
For example, there is a link http://site.ru/Russian-text/
If you copy its address in the browser line, we get the link http://site.ru/%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%B2%D-0% B5%D1%82%D1%8B/
If such a link is inserted into another site, will the search engine "read" it correctly? Or does he prefer "site.ru/Russian-text/" ?

It's your choice, from a usability point of view, alternating Latin and Cyrillic in one CNC is not practical, since the user has to change the keyboard layout in order to type the address manually. From the point of view of SEO, there is no difference, search engines understand both Latin, Cyrillic, and transliteration.
Cyrillic for CNC is convenient when the domain itself is Cyrillic or when this part of the address is not very long (for example, in dictionaries). The only disadvantage of Cyrillic CNCs is the insertion of encoded path values of the address when copying it from the browser.
