Do PWA push notifications come to iOS devices?

Do push notifications come to PWA on iOS devices, and if so, are there any nuances with their display: sound, PWA is minimized or closed, are there any differences with native push notifications?
And is everything good (as in the native program) in Android devices?

iOS does not understand this. We haven't grown up to modern technology yet.
Everything is OK on Android.

Safari in my opinion on iOS does not support Push at all. As soon as Safari can do this, PWA will work right away. So far, the only option that we use in production is either intermediary applications (at the moment, only Pushover seems to be left), or through bots in messengers.
