Do power engineers use ABB FOX-515 equipment in new projects?

In a new document published on the official website of FGC UES, ABB FOX-515 does not appear in the list of equipment permitted for use, while a similar solution KEYMILE UMUX-1500 is on the list under No. 154 .
Does this mean that all projects will now be urgently changed to a similar and listed access nodes?

I look at the list of certified equipment, and FOX-515 and UMUX-1500 are now on the list for admission to Rosseti PJSC.
According to FOX-515, however, there is a reservation that without Tebit cards.
