How can I connect to the personal account of a mobile operator (the user enters his phone number and password in the form) and download details, calls and SMS from there. Is there an API for operators? or you need to write a parser for everything and everyone from scratch. Thanks for answers!

If you need statistics, you can request it through special authorities, they usually easily receive such data.
