Hello!
The product is added to the cart with the desired property, then it is transferred to the checkout component, but the letter (both to the admin and to the buyer) comes to the mail without the properties of trade offers. In the admin panel, orders with properties, that is, they should, in theory, be transmitted in a letter.
But if you switch offers in the basket, then they come in the letter!
Letter templates are standard. The shopping cart and checkout components too
. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Describe the situation in more detail, to be honest, the situation is unclear. For example: what does this mean?
So far, there is only one guess: look at the tables b_sale_basket and b_sale_basket_props. What fields do you get in this table by order?
Look at how your letter is being formed, perhaps there is not enough data to select the desired TP.
