Bitrix, learning module, user rights?

Situation:
There are courses based on the Bitrix learning module
for all users, access is closed through Settings -> Module settings -> Learning
a certain group of users has the right to read through Services -> Courses -> The course itself

There are several courses and a certain group has rights for each users
After passing training and certification, the student can look in his Journal for a list of correctly or incorrectly answered questions.
They are displayed in the Journal via CTestResult::GetList
Problem:
A user who has rights to only one course does not see a list of his questions
Probably, he lacks some rights, since if you distribute rights through the Settings for the entire training module as a whole, then the list is visible to the user
Where to dig? What rights should be given to the user in order for CTestResult::GetList to work with rights to only one course?
