Do links from VK affect?

There was a young site, 7-15 uniques per day.
In VK, there was a contest for reposts, in the repost there were conditions with a link to the VK group and this site.
Got 100 reposts, a lot of likes, etc.
And the site went down. (0 visitors)
Could this be due to links from VK, Yandex thought it was spam.
People clicked on links from VK, PF were very good with an average of 10% bounces on links from social networks. (only interested people go)
