And if sometimes the search query consists of 3 words, is it justified to create such a domain? (for example, we found out that the most popular query sounds like "play tanks online", which domain would be better - igratvtankionline.ru or igratvtanki.ru?)

In general, this is already a bit "the last century." Previously, such domains had an advantage in queries, the lemmas of which are included in the site name. Now search engines focus more on relevant content. But a small proportion of such sites still remained.
For example, let's take the query "website promotion in the top 10" for the Moscow region in Yandex. There are 2 sites in the TOP-10 that partially contain query words in their domains - v-top-10.ru and top10-studio.ru.
Those. some search advantage remains with such sites, but it is better not to hope too much that you will be very lucky if you choose a similar domain for yourself. It is better to develop the site, make it user-friendly and publish interesting and useful content.
