Do Jet Cache and IMDBOptimizer do the same thing?

I'm optimizing the site on ocStore 3.0.2.0, I'm thinking of buying modules for caching, I found two:
1. Jet Cache
2. IMDBOptimizer Can
they be put together or do they do the same job?

No. IMDBOptimizer caches only sql queries, and Jet Cache, in addition to sql queries, caches site pages and sitemaps, combines and minifies css / js with flexible settings, optimizes images, allows you to do lazy loading of js scripts and much more.
