Do individual entrepreneurs and work under an employment contract conflict?
Tell me, wise colleagues. If you register an IP, then after that, will the person for whom the IP is registered be able to work under an open-ended employment contract (that is, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation)?

IP does not oblige you to anything, you can be an IP and the general director of an LLC, for example, at the same time. You can be a general director in 3 companies, and everything is according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
When I worked in the IT department at a defense plant, we had one guy, he worked as a system administrator and at the same time was an individual entrepreneur. So there are no problems to combine IP and work under an employment contract.
Now, you know, it is generally fashionable for all leading employees to make individual entrepreneurs and save on taxes 100% legally. The only negative in comparison with gray RFPs is that VAT is not reduced due to cashing out.
And yes, there is only one trouble in this - it is easy to open an IP, to close it is a disaster. Although the law says that it is enough to notify the tax authority of the termination of activity as a p-la, it was not easy for me.
In general, I don’t understand from the bottom of my heart that a person can be forced to register as an individual entrepreneur ...
