Do I understand DKIM and selectors correctly?
There is such a situation, mail is used for a domain on Yandex, a dkim signature is also configured there, but some letters need to be sent directly. After reading about dkim, I saw that when generating a key, you need to specify a selector, on Yandex this selector is mail. So the question is, can I generate a dkim key for myself by specifying, for example, the work selector and adding a second entry to the DNS with my public key. Will the receiving party's mail server somehow distinguish which letter is signed by which key and which selector to use for verification?
