My guys from the development insist that you need to create bots for Viber. We have a consumer product, there are enough users. There is an idea for a useful FAQ bot and all sorts of entertaining ones (for additional contact with the audience).
Tell me, please, who is in the subject, is it worth developing chat bots for Viber, is it alive in principle or "everything is just spam", are there any difficulties associated with this?
