Do I need to use "h" headings on the main page?

Hello! There is a task to lay out the main page of this site: https://aquamarine.gold/
I can’t show the layout itself (I was asked not to distribute it), but everything is the same there, only it has been redone more qualitatively.
So I'm wondering if it makes sense to use the h1,h2,h3 headings on this page. I just don't want to appear incompetent. If needed, where?
Now they only use h3 in the slider, but I don’t understand SEO, so I don’t know if it’s necessary to do this, I thought they are used mainly for various articles, sections, product cards, but I don’t know about the main page. I looked at similar sites: someone doesn’t have it at all, doesn’t use it on the main page, someone mostly h2, h3.
Please advise!

Use headings to properly structure your page in a logical way.
For example, block titles ("about the brand", "from the blog") would be logically wrapped in h2. Article teaser titles - h3.
If anything, then the SEOs will tell you what to redo.
