It all depends on where you want to go next. This is enough for a coder, everything above naturally requires knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JS...
Depending on what you want to do next. In general, spraying on too much new is not worth it. Maximum one two new technologies at a time.
Apache is not needed, skip it. :)
And in a bunch of html and css, javascript will be closer than php.
If you want to use it on a local computer, then install denwer or openserver (under win), or MAMP (mac).
1. Until you know php well, it is not required.
2. After you know php at an intermediate level, you will need to be able to install all of the above on a Linux machine. And then figure out where the configs of these programs are corrected. And this will be enough for a very long time.
For now, I would recommend to understand well at the level of HTML + CSS, taking note of such a thing as JQuery. Then comprehend php for development at the server level.
Of course, you need something not tricky enough for a few days to figure it out for a schoolboy
