There is a website. And he has 2 more domain names. Do I need to write description meta tags for each name separately, or does the tag that is indicated in the header apply to all names?

If one site has more than one domain and the same site opens for all domains, and does not redirect to one main domain (gluing) - this is not good, and therefore, you get site duplicates.
And so, of course, if the same site is opened from different domain names, then it works exactly the same as without them.
