Hello, is it necessary to undergo a medical examination for a psychiatrist when applying for a job as a web designer or programmer? If so, will they allow you to work with an anxiety disorder of the personality (+ c. accounting)? Thank you.

No, going through a psychiatrist is usually not required. And in general, medical examinations in programming practice are exceptionally rare. If there are deviations from the norm in behavior and they do not threaten others, everything will depend on the team and attentiveness, diligence of the person himself. In my experience, in our business with teams, very rarely bad luck.
