Do I need to save SVG icons in x2 and x3 sizes when handing over to a developer?

When transferring mobile application design files to a developer, do I need to save SVG icons in x2 and x3 sizes when transferring to a developer?
Or if the icons are in SVG format, then x1 size is enough?

it makes sense to do this if you have them with varying degrees of detail. for example, like this young lady: https://tympanus.net/codrops/2014/08/19/making-svg...
if the pictures themselves are the same, then one size is enough.
