How to change tkinter python 3.8.1 icon in taskbar?
For python 3.9 it works:

import ctypes

myappid = 'mycompany.myproduct.subproduct.version' # arbitrary string
ctypes.windll.shell32.SetCurrentProcessExplicitAppUserModelID(myappid)

But on python 3.8.1 it doesn't.
How to fix?
